​Booking School Holiday Programs (Vacation Care)

All children must be booked in and enrolled for attendance prior to the commencement of the program. Payment is by direct debit for School Holiday Programs (Vacation Care)*.

Booking and Payment for the School Holiday Program

New Families: Before Booking for the School Holiday Program, all new famil​ies are required to:

  1. Enrol to use the service. This is completed via Qikkids Enrol - through the My Family Lounge App

All Families:

  1. Program of Activities - for an outline of the activities planned,
    download the relevant program:
      Summer Holiday Program: 9th - 20th December 2019 (Program of Activities)
      Summer Holiday Program: 6th - 30th January 2020 (Program of Activities)
  2. Book days of Holiday Program care required through the My Family Lounge App.
  3. Payment - ensure that there is a current Direct Debit Form completed for your account (see below)

​​Holiday Program Payment - NOW BY DIRECT DEBIT!

Feedback from our families has been heard and we are very excited to announce the introduction of 
Direct Debit payment  - now available for all Holiday Care programs. 
Upfront payments will no longer be required, simply complete a Direct Debit Form and payment will be collected with the set billing cycle.

Eftpos will no longer be available for the Holiday Program. We thank the many families who took the time to respond to vacation care surveys and communicated their preference for direct debit.

New families

Families new to the service are required to complete registration and enrolment through My Family Lounge which can be accessed below:
