​Booking School Holiday Programs (Vacation Care)

All children must be booked in and enrolled for attendance prior to the commencement of the program. Payment is required upon booking for School Holiday Programs (Vacation Care)*. 
An Enrolment Form​ is required to be completed by all families using the service. 
*Please note that there are no credits or refunds on School Holiday Programs (Vacation Care).

Booking & Payment

Christmas & New Year Office closure

Please note that the Y Ballarat office in Barkly Square will be closed from Friday 20th December 2019
and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2020. 

Bookings for the first week of the Holiday Program need to completed by:
    Current families: Friday, 20th December, 2019
    New families to the service: Wednesday 18th December, 2019 (new bookings take 2 days to process)

Direct Debit Form (only needs to be completed, if you have not already done so for your account)

Returning Forms and Information

NEW FAMILIES* to the service should return School Holiday Program Booking form to YMCA, Barkly Square​​ 
along with a completed Enrolment Form​ and a Direct Debit Form.
* For new families wishing to book the first week of the program (2nd January) bookings need to be made
   by the 18th December, 2019.
   Bookings for the second week of January (6th) need to be submitted by the 2nd January, 2020.

CURRENT/EXISTING FAMILIES return booking form to YMCA, Barkly Square​ (in person or by email).
Bookings for the first week of January (2nd) need to be submitted by the 20th December, 2019.

Holiday Program Payment - NOW BY DIRECT DEBIT!

Feedback from our families has been heard and we are very excited to announce the introduction of 
Direct Debit payment  - now available for all Holiday Care programs. 
Upfront payments will no longer be required, simply complete a Direct Debit Form and payment will be collected with the set billing cycle.

Eftpos will no longer be available for the Holiday Program. We thank the many families who took the time to respond to vacation care surveys and communicated their preference for direct debit.
