Please note that for new enrolments that there is a two day processing period from the date of receipt of all complete information and the first booking commencing. This is to ensure that staff at each service have all the information required to meet both regulations and to be able to contact you if needed.Completed forms may be returned by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail or in person to the YMCA at Barkly Square. Updating & changing information
If any details in the original Enrolment or Direct Debit Payment Form have changed, please fill an
Enrolment Information Update Form or new
Direct Debit Form.
