We can come to you with a range of activities to get you fitter, stronger and healthier. We have many activities to choose from or we can tailor a program for your function or group. Community programs are run by experienced and professional instructors. These qualified instructors are dedicated to extracting the maximum fun and fitness out of every program.
Older Adults Fitness Class @ Delacombe
Class times: Mondays: 10.30am - 11.15am (excluding Public Holidays)
Wednesdays: 10.30am - 11.15am
Where: Doug Dean Stadium - Multi-purpose Room, 16 Nandiriog Drive, Delacombe
Please bring a towel and water bottle.
Delacombe Walking Group
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from Doug Dean Reserve at 9.30am. All levels of fitness welcome.
