We can come to you with a range of activities to get you fitter, stronger and healthier. We have many activities to choose from or we can tailor a program for your function or group. Community programs are run by experienced and professional instructors. These qualified instructors are dedicated to extracting the maximum fun and fitness out of every program.​​

Current Programs

O​lder Adults Fitness Class @ Delacombe

Class times:  Mondays: 10.30am - 11.15am (excluding Public Holidays)
                      Wednesdays: 10.30am - 11.15am
Where:          Doug Dean Stadium - Multi-purpose Room, 16 Nandiriog Drive, Delacombe
Cost:             $5.00
                      Please bring a towel and water bottle.

Delacombe Walking Group

Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from Doug Dean Reser​ve at 9.30am. All levels of fitness welcome.

General fitness circuit aimed at improving co-ordination, cardio-vascular fitness, strength and endurance. Circuit programs can be adjusted to different groups accordingly.

Older Adults Fitness

We can tailor a program specifically designed for older adults to assist in physical fitness, fall prevention and general health and well being. 

Walking Groups

A great way to get fitter, stronger and healthier, but even more fun in a group! Fitness instructors take your group for a fun and enjoyable walking session, using different techniques to improve your health and well-being.​
